Partnership overview

Nacho Matrix, a new concept restaurant in Colorado Springs launching soon, has selected Katalyst as its restaurant technology partner.

Owners Tyler and Jenny Sherman built their business philosophy around creating ‘a place where we would want to go,’ prioritising customer and staff experience throughout their operations.

Company vision

The founders emphasise that ‘our usage of technology revolves around a passion for detail, because our primary goal is to create a unique, welcoming community of nacho lovers.’ With 500,000+ residents in Colorado Springs, their strategy centres on ‘making one happy face at a time with delicious food.’

Mission and solution

Nacho Matrix and Katalyst are addressing critical restaurant challenges including fragmented software ecosystems, escalating costs from multiple tools, and inadequate vendor support partnerships.

Implementation

Nacho Matrix will deploy Katalyst’s point of sale system, kitchen display screens, and handheld devices to optimise operations, elevate dining experiences, and increase revenue per customer. Implementation is underway.

Background

Tyler and Jenny also own Odyssey Gastropub, operating since 2014. Jenny serves on the board of directors for the Pikes Peak Chapter of the Colorado Restaurant Association.
